Volunteer Shifts - 2018 TAFC Donut Derby

Registration

• Alcohol Sales: Saturday 6/23, 10:00am-12:30pm
  Responsible for monitoring wristbands, accept tickets & pour beer/cider. Must be 21 or over.
• Alcohol Sales: Saturday 6/23, 12:30-3:00pm
  Responsible for monitoring wristbands, accept tickets & pour beer/cider. Must be 21 or over.
• Alcohol Sales: Saturday 6/23, 3:00-5:30pm
  Responsible for monitoring wristbands, accept tickets & pour beer/cider. Must be 21 or over.
• Clean-Up: Saturday 6/23, 5:30-7:30pm
  Tear-down tent, tables & fencing; pick up recycling & garbage, corner flags & sandbags; make the rounds of the fields to ensure no garbage or anything else is left. Load kegs, tent, fencing & all equipment into box truck. Then meet at 107ist warehouse to unload.
• Event Monitors: Saturday 6/23, 11:45am-2:00pm
  Responsible for recording match scores, goals/player stats at each field.
• Event Monitors: Saturday 6/23, 2:30-3:45pm
  Responsible for recording match scores, goals/player stats at each field.
• Event Monitors: Saturday 6/23, 9:00-11:15am
  Responsible for recording match scores, goals/player stats at each field.
• Event Setup: Saturday 6/23, 6:00-8:30am
  Pick up kegs, tap & get ready; unload supplies; setup coffee & donuts; setup fields, flags, recycling & garbage bins; get registration & t-shirt table ready.
• Load Equipment @ 107ist Garage: Friday 6/22, Noon-1:00pm
  Tasks will involve moving tent, sandbags & other equipment from 107ist garage into box truck for transportation to Buckman Field.
• Sales, Information: Saturday 6/23, 11:30am-2:30pm
  Sales:
  Responsible for money and operating Square (point of sale) on an iPad for t-shirts & drink tickets. Distribute wristbands. Recon shirt counts at end of shift.

  Sales:
  Responsible for money and operating Square (point of sale) on an iPad for t-shirts & drink tickets. Distribute wristbands. Recon shirt counts at end of shift.

• Setup Tents/Event Space: Friday 6/22, 4:30-8:00pm
  Move supplies from box truck, setup big tent & fencing, sandbags, arrange tables.
• Team Sign-in, Sales: Saturday 6/23, 8:00-11:30am
  Check In Table:
  Player check-in. Verify player has OASA card. Point of contact if individuals have scheduling or other questions.
  Sales:
  Responsible for money and operating Square (point of sale) on iPad for t-shirts & drink tickets. Distribute wristbands. Recon shirt counts at beginning of shift.
