We hope you continue to educate those around you whenever and wherever possible about the issues we are currently addressing both as supporters groups and our community at large. We also ask our supporters to continue their own education on the subjects surrounding the struggle for human rights here in our community. In this, we have made arrangements for a guided, educational tour of the exhibit, Discrimination & Resistance: An Oregon Primer, at the Oregon Jewish Museum and Center for Holocaust Education. It is a truly great start if you’d like to know more, or get a refresher, of our regional history on these issues, how our ethos is rooted deep within our community, and the framing of the Iron Front within the context of the holocaust with their other permanent exhibit.

Additionally, OJMCHE has recently opened photographer Gillian Laub's traveling Southern Rites exhibit, a provocative and timely visual study of one rural Georgia community's struggle to confront longstanding issues of race and inequality.

We have arranged a group rate making admission only $5 (normally $8) to cover the costs of the educators. If that is a burden for you, arrangements can be made to offset this cost.

If you are unable to join us, please feel free to check out the exhibit at another time and let them know we sent you as we're growing a relationship with OJMCHE.
